Come shine at SHEIN and join our growth story Tasks This plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with influential customers, Key Opinion Customers (KOC). You will be responsible for maintaining, fostering, analyzing and strategically developing a KOC network. Responsibilities: KOC Relationship Management: Identify and engage with key opinion customers (KOCs) who align with the brand´s values and objectives. Build and nurture strong relationships with KOCs, ensuring a positive experience and advocacy for the organization. Collaborate with KOCs on content creation, reviews, testimonials, and other promotional activities. Measure and report on the impact of KOC relationships on brand perception and sales. Influencer Collaboration: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to expand the brand´s reach and credibility. Identify suitable social media influencers and negotiate partnerships and contracts. Monitor and ensure influencers´ content aligns with brand guidelines and values. Measure the effectiveness of influencer collaborations through analytics and reporting. Support and / or organize regular events - digital or physical - to strengthen the community and foster relationships Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives. Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize results. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns. Be able to share results with the marketing team and derive recommendations for action based on the reports. Profile Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal. C2 Minimum. Minimum of 3 years prior experience in influencer marketing and customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate relationships with KOC´s and inontracts.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent verbal communication and networking skills as well as the ability to create interfaces. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to drive engagement. Strong organisational and project management skills. Knowledge of relevant industry trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce and online retail marketing. Graphic design and video editing skills. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
